Tetra Tech assisted the State University of New York to develop and implement a 3-year legislative strengthening program in Jordan to improve the core competencies of the Parliament. The team helped draft legislation to improve transparency and accountability, involving stakeholders and the public in reforms. Tetra Tech also supported reform efforts in budget review and analysis, monitoring of public expenditures, automation and information systems, and civil society capacity building.
