Tetra Tech assisted the judicial branch of Bolivia in its efforts to reform, modernize, and improve administrative capacity. Specific activities included reviewing codes and rules, analyzing statistics, interviewing personnel, and comparing experiences in courts of other countries. The Tetra Tech team produced proposals for reorganizing the central and local administration of the courts, restructuring the human resource system, and developing a financial sustainability plan. Various judicial branch entities including the Supreme Court and the Judicial Council considered and prioritized the recommendations and then launched implementation.

"[Tetra Tech] is an excellent company with whom to work and USAID has been extremely satisfied with their work, which has been and continues to be above and beyond the expected. I recommend them without hesitation."
