Tetra Tech was contracted by USAID to provide assistance to the judicial branch of Uruguay. Tetra Tech team members provided technical assistance and training in court administration, assistance in establishing judicial training centers, implementing program of alternative dispute resolution, and increasing public awareness of justice related issues. The project focused on establishing policy making and administrative capacities at the central level of the court system.

Tetra Tech organized a study tour for members of the Supreme Court of Uruguay, with visits to Kentucky, Virginia, and Washington, DC. The focus of the tour was on court administration, including governance issues and court automation.

"[Tetra Tech] is an excellent company with whom to work and USAID has been extremely satisfied with their work, which has been and continues to be above and beyond the expected. I recommend them without hesitation."
