Tetra Tech supported the Government of Kyrgyzstan to improve the effectiveness of the judicial system as part of the Millennium Challenge Account Threshold Country Program. The project had four activity areas: (1) improving the system for selecting, dismissing, and disciplining judges, and ensuring that the judiciary is structured in the most efficient way to handle current and projected caseloads; (2) developing judicial capacity to independently manage its administration and provide for continuing education and professional development of judges; (3) streamlining procedures for handling commercial cases and enforcing commercial judgments; and (4) expanding the use of information systems to provide for mandatory random case assignments and greater access to court decisions.

"[Tetra Tech] is an excellent company with whom to work and USAID has been extremely satisfied with their work, which has been and continues to be above and beyond the expected. I recommend them without hesitation."

-Jill Gulliksen, USAID
