West Bank and Gaza
With funding from USAID, Tetra Tech provided technical assistance to professionalize the formal justice sector in the West Bank. The team built the capacity of the Ministry of Justice in the areas of administrative and financial management, strategic planning, and policy formulation and the team also provided training and expert assistance to upgrade the skills of and empower court administrators. Tetra Tech helped improve the enforcement of laws and court decisions, primarily by strengthening enforcement units within courts, building police capacity and willingness to work with the judiciary to enforce decisions, and empowering civil society to educate the public to foster compliance with laws.

The Justice Sector Assistance Project Phase IV is the fourth project in the JSAP series. The activities build on the work of JSAP I, II and III. With funding from the US State Department Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), Tetra Tech has been supporting the Palestinian criminal justice sector since 2009. WEST BANK AND GAZA 2016-2018
Epsilon-P is a law enforcement case management and information sharing initiative funded by the US State Department Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL). Tetra Tech is developing technology to facilitate information sharing and cooperation among the various security services in the West Bank. Once implemented, Epsilon-P will improve the functioning of participating security services by helping identify the most significant criminal organizations operating in the region and supporting day-to-day law enforcement activities to reduce crime.
